Who We Are
Membrain is a building protection platform. We exist to bring structure, accountability, and predictability to how buildings are protected and maintained.
Across India, waterproofing and painting are still handled as isolated, execution-heavy activities—driven by products, pricing, or contractor preference rather than engineering logic. Diagnosis is often superficial, systems are inconsistently applied, and outcomes depend heavily on individuals rather than processes.
Membrain was created to change that. We apply an assessment-led, system-driven, and digitally governed approach to building protection—so decisions are made before execution, quality is controlled during execution, and accountability continues after execution.
